Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "won55" refers to the online gambling platform accessible through the official website won55.one.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses won55 services.
• "Services" covers online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting, and all products offered on the won55 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account that has been legitimately registered on the won55 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, extra funds or promotional offers given to players subject to certain conditions.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by players into their account using a valid payment method.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the won55 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Players must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. won55 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.
• Information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), mobile number and email, must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Players are responsible for updating their account information if any changes occur. Inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
• won55 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason, at our absolute discretion.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the won55 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by won55 are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved, depending on the payment method used.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the method registered under the same player's name. won55 does not allow fund transfers through third-party accounts.
• won55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• In the event of fraud or suspicious activity, won55 reserves the right to freeze the account and hold funds until the investigation is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by won55, including the welcome bonus, cashback and VIP programme, are subject to the following conditions:

• A welcome bonus of 150% up to RM1,500 is given to new members who make their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: deposit RM100, bonus RM150, account balance RM250, wagering requirement RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before withdrawal is allowed.
• Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once during the lifetime of their account.
• won55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including using multiple accounts or betting methods considered to violate the spirit of the promotion, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Bonuses that have been earned cannot be transferred to another player.

Player Responsibilities and Prohibitions

Players are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the won55 platform complies with the following guidelines:

• Players are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, scripts or other technology that could manipulate game outcomes or provide an unfair advantage.
• Players must not be involved in any form of match fixing, illegal collusion or unlawful activity in the context of sports and esports betting.
• Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. won55 is not responsible for any losses resulting from the disclosure of a password to another party.
• Players must not use the won55 platform for any money laundering activity or financial activity that is contrary to Malaysian law.
• Any form of harassment of other players, identity impersonation or the use of offensive language on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

won55 is committed to protecting players' personal data in line with international privacy protection standards:

• Players' personal information is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing and improving user experience.
• won55 will not sell, rent or share players' personal data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law or a relevant regulatory body.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data and may submit requests for correction or deletion of data through our customer support.

Account Suspension and Closure

won55 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure by the player to submit identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the account.
• An account closure request submitted by the player themselves, including for reasons of self-exclusion in the context of responsible gambling.
• Players whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to claim any balance remaining in that account.

Liability Limits

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
